1255 samples from Cohort 1 and 1846 biopsy samples from Cohort 2 were sequenced for V5/V6 region of 16S rRNA genes. Sequencing was performed using Ion PGMTM System and analyzed in QIIME 1.9.1.
针对16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因的V5/V6可变区，对1255份来自队列1（Cohort 1）的样本以及1846份来自队列2（Cohort 2）的活检样本进行了测序。测序工作采用Ion PGMTM系统完成，并使用QIIME 1.9.1进行数据分析。
