PINK1-TOM-TIM23 complex SDA XL-MS

3xFLAG-tagged human wild-type PINK1 was expressed and immunoprecipitated with anti-FLAG beads. Chemical cross-linking MS (XL-MS) analysis using SDA and UV exposure was performed followed by in solution trypsin digestion and MS analysis.

将经3xFLAG标签标记的人源野生型PINK1进行重组表达，随后采用抗FLAG磁珠完成免疫沉淀。使用SDA试剂结合紫外照射开展化学交联质谱（Chemical cross-linking mass spectrometry，XL-MS）分析，后续依次进行溶液内胰蛋白酶酶解与质谱检测。
