本数据集针对南海海域，收集了1991-2016年多个南海海域综合调查项目工作，包括碳同位素、氮同位素等同位素海洋化学要素调查数据。数据集包含17个项目，5671个数据，主要通过对收集、调查的历史资料规范化整理、分析综合而成。

This dataset focuses on the South China Sea, and aggregates data from 17 comprehensive survey projects conducted in this region between 1991 and 2016. It encompasses survey data of marine chemical isotopic elements including carbon isotopes and nitrogen isotopes. In total, the dataset contains 5671 data entries, which are primarily formed through standardized organization, analysis and integration of the collected historical survey materials.
