C57BL6 mice harboring Sirt1 conditional knockout NOTCH1-DE-induced leukemias were treated with vehicle (control) or tamoxifen to induce isogenic deletion of Sirt1. Here we report the gene expression profile of leukemic blasts obtained from the spleen from control- or tamoxifen-treated leukemic mice. RNAseq analysis of leukemic spleens in two genotypes and five samples per genotype.
本数据集针对携带NOTCH1-DE诱导型白血病且带有Sirt1条件性敲除的C57BL/6小鼠,分别采用赋形剂(对照组)与他莫昔芬进行处理,以诱导Sirt1的同基因缺失。本研究报道了从经上述两种处理的白血病小鼠脾脏中分离的白血病母细胞的基因表达谱。该数据集包含两种基因型的白血病脾脏样本的RNA测序分析数据,每种基因型各含5个样本。
