RNA-seq analysis of gene expression patterns of cells from stem-cell-derived-synthetic-embryos, named as 'ETX-embryos'.

We analyze the difference between ETX-side1 cells and ETX-side2 cells. Side1 cells are associated with the anterior domain of the natural embryo, side2 cells are associated with the posterior domain of natural embryo.本研究分析ETX侧1细胞与ETX侧2细胞之间的差异。其中，ETX侧1细胞对应天然胚胎的前域，ETX侧2细胞对应天然胚胎的后域。
