本研究旨在鉴定经刺猬家族配体音猬因子(sonic hedgehog, SHH)刺激24小时的骨肉瘤细胞系MG63与U2OS中的差异表达基因。实验中将MG63及U2OS细胞分别用磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)或1μg/ml重组人音猬因子处理24小时,随后提取细胞总RNA并进行RNA测序(RNA-seq)。本研究结果呈现了骨肉瘤细胞系经SHH刺激后的差异表达基因情况。实验整体设计:经PBS或SHH处理的MG63与U2OS细胞系的mRNA表达谱。
