Mountainsides often provide a natural laboratory for the studies of biodiversity and biogeography. It is so far unclear whether there is any consistent trend in soil bacterial diversity with elevation in mountainous regions. We investigated soil bacterial biodiversity along the elevation of 3300-4200 m on Qilian mountain in Tibetan Plateau.
山地坡面常为生物多样性(biodiversity)与生物地理学(biogeography)研究提供天然实验平台。目前学界尚未明确山地土壤细菌多样性随海拔变化是否存在统一的变化趋势。本研究针对青藏高原祁连山海拔3300~4200米的梯度范围,开展了土壤细菌多样性调查。
