RNASeq study of testis from migratory bird under four seasonal states

We report the mRNA found in testis tissue of a migratory bird. The aim of this study was to investigate how the mRNA makeup of tissue varies under different seasonal states. Study of total mRNA from testis under four different seasonal states, using Illumina sequencing.本研究报道了某候鸟睾丸组织中的信使核糖核酸（mRNA）。本研究旨在探究不同季节状态下组织的mRNA组成变化规律。本研究采用Illumina测序技术，对四种不同季节状态下的睾丸组织总mRNA展开了分析。
