Analysis of factors influencing clinical course in COVID-19 patients

Sociodemographic and clinical characteristics of COVID-19 workers in the hospital. Comprehensive details regarding the study participants, encompassing age, gender, body mass index (BMI), occupation, vaccination status, Ct of the SARS-CoV-2 ORF1ab gene and N gene, duration of nucleic acid positivity, and duration of clinical symptoms, were gathered using the information system of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University (Shenzhen). These details were supplemented by surveys and follow-ups conducted by the Health Management Center.

医院内感染新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）的工作人员的社会人口学与临床特征数据集。本研究采集了研究对象的全面信息，涵盖年龄、性别、体重指数（BMI）、职业、疫苗接种状态、严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）ORF1ab基因与N基因的Ct值、核酸阳性持续时长以及临床症状持续时长，数据依托中山大学附属第七医院（深圳）的信息系统完成收集。上述信息还辅以健康管理中心开展的问卷调查与随访所获内容。
