Data and code: It takes a village to raise a scientist: Social network predictors of satisfaction for academic trainees in Canada.

This is the code and cleaned data (with identifiers removed) for our paper entitled, "It takes a village to raise a scientist: Social network predictors of satisfaction for academic trainees in Canada." accepted in Quantitative Science Studies. The code folder contains all necessary code to repeat the analyses for the Results section 3.3 to 3.7. Our original model summary outputs are found in the Supplementary Information of the paper (Section C. Tables S6 to S25). Any effort to reproduce our model outputs should produce nearly identical values (with very minor flutuations in posterior estimates between runs). For each rmd file, there will be a corresponding data file which can be found in the Data folder. Refer to the Metadata file for specific explanations of the column names for all three files.
