Job- and Work-Environment Analysis at Norsk Hydro, 1990

The project's aim was to explore the job- and work-environment conditions on the workplace. The focus were on the following subjects: physical work environment, social work environment, safety in the workplace, information, the payment, work training, evaluation of the management, advancement/progress, work pressure, quality and service level at the department, relation to the workplace, contentment with the work, attitudes towards the unions, areas for improvement and motivation factors. A questionnaire was sent out to all employees at Norsk Hydro, Magnor. Gross sample was 150, net sample was 144.
