磷石膏制微米和纳米硫酸钙数据集记录了在液相体系中采用溶液化学方法对磷石膏结晶特性进行精准调控,分别在醇溶液体系和无机酸体系(硫酸、硫/磷混酸等)制备出纳米级和微米级粒状无水硫酸钙的研究过程中产生的数据。主要记录了溶剂种类及配比/或用量、固液比及/或酸的种类、用量、反应温度、反应时间、晶型控制剂的种类和用量等条件下样品形貌(磷石膏的平均粒径)等数据,数据可用于指导磷石膏的高值化利用。“磷石膏制微米和纳米硫酸钙”数据集主要采集了2018至2022年间,在醇溶液体系和无机酸体系中制备的不同形貌和物相组成,数据量3.64MB。
The Dataset of Preparing Micro- and Nano-sized Calcium Sulfate from Phosphogypsum documents data generated from studies that precisely regulate the crystallization behavior of phosphogypsum using solution chemical methods in liquid-phase systems. In these studies, nano- and micro-sized granular anhydrous calcium sulfate were synthesized separately in alcohol solution systems and inorganic acid systems (including sulfuric acid, sulfur/phosphorus mixed acid, etc.). The dataset primarily records parameters such as solvent type, ratio and/or dosage, solid-liquid ratio, acid type and dosage, reaction temperature, reaction duration, type and dosage of crystal morphology modifiers, as well as sample morphology (average particle size of phosphogypsum) and other relevant indicators. This dataset can be used to guide the high-value utilization of phosphogypsum. Collected between 2018 and 2022, this dataset contains data corresponding to samples with diverse morphologies and phase compositions prepared in alcohol and inorganic acid systems, with a total data volume of 3.64 MB.
