Altica lythri, genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Altica lythri to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，为开展莲草跳甲（Altica lythri）的基因组组装与注释工作，收集了相应的基因组及转录组数据。本项目所产生的数据将遵循达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行开放共享。
