QCISNormAreas of chemical features extracted in Cassava Diversity LEAF extracts_input for MVA

Normalized areas of chemical features detected in cassava leaf tissue of a diversity collection of Latin American cassava accessions. Semi-polar extracts of cassava leaf tissue were analysed in an LC-MS system Agilent 6560 Q-TOF in ESI negative mode and C18 reverse phase column as chromatographic separation.
Chemical features annotated by retention time (RT) and mass are arranged in rows and samples in columns.

本数据集收录了拉丁美洲木薯种质资源多样性集合的木薯叶片组织中检测到的化学特征归一化峰面积。实验采用安捷伦（Agilent）6560 Q-TOF液相色谱-质谱联用（LC-MS）系统，以电喷雾负离子模式搭配C18反相色谱柱完成色谱分离，对木薯叶片组织的半极性提取物进行分析。经保留时间（RT）与质量数注释的化学特征按行排列，样本按列排布。
