本数据集用于计算邓氏迪基氏菌（Dickeya fangzhongdai）PA1菌株与其他迪基氏菌（Dickeya）菌株的基因组序列间的数字化DNA-DNA杂交（in silico DNA-DNA hybridization，简称isDDH）值。所用的基因组间距离计算器（Genome-to-Genome Distance Calculator, GGDC）网络服务（访问地址：http://ggdc.dsmz.de/ggdc.php ），采用三种专属距离计算公式（公式1至3）以计算单基因组间的距离值，其中公式2推荐用于不完整基因组序列的计算。（数据集格式为XLSX，大小13 KB）
