The raw data and the results of the particle metric analysis performed for the SEM images of the ΔpurC biofilm cells in K10T-1 at 6hrs.

The “SEM images” folder contains the original SEM images obtained for the analyses, and the selected particles are shown in several colors in the each image in the “Particle images” folder. The “particle.csv” is the excel file in which information on each particle is described. The “report.doc” file is the summary of the analysis that contains statistical data on the analysis.

「SEM images」文件夹存放了本次分析获取的原始扫描电子显微镜（SEM）图像；「Particle images」文件夹内的每张图像中，均以多种颜色标注了筛选得到的颗粒。「particle.csv」为记录各颗粒相关信息的表格文件。「report.doc」文件为本次分析的总结文档，其中包含了本次分析的各项统计数据。
