Schizosaccharomyces pombe Targeted Locus (Loci)

To determine telomeric repeat sequences from individual Schizosaccharomyces pombe telomeres, and further probe the mechanism by which cells transition from maintenance of telomeres through telomerase activity to use of the ALT pathway.
