Cuttage is the preferred approach for rapid propagation of many species including tea plant (Camellia sinensis). As a key part of nodal cutting, leaf is lack of systematic research in the cutting process. In order to investigate the rooting process, the ER variety (cv. Echa 10) was selected as the representative variety. The leaves of tea cuttings sampled after cultivation for 0 month, 1 month and 3 months were used for the total RNA extraction. A total of 9 mRNA libraries were constructed and submitted to Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
扦插是包括茶树(Camellia sinensis)在内的诸多物种快速繁殖的首选方法。作为节插穗的关键组成部分,叶片在扦插过程中尚未得到系统性的研究。为探究茶树插穗的生根过程,本研究选取ER品种(cv. Echa 10,鄂茶10号)作为代表性试验材料。分别于栽培后0个月、1个月及3个月时采集茶插穗的叶片,用于总RNA提取。共计构建9个mRNA文库,并将其提交至Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台。
