2024 antimicrobial resistance monitoring results complementing the European Union Summary Report on Antimicrobial Resistance in zoonotic and indicator bacteria from humans, animals and food in 2023/2024 – Belgium

This dataset contains AMR monitoring results in animals and food at the isolate level pursuant to Article 9 of Directive 2003/99/EC and to Annex, part B, of Commission implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1729. In addition, the dataset includes any other results from isolates than the ones mentioned in the Commission implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1729. The quantitative minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) data from dilution methods are included. Reporting authorities contributing to 2024 AMR data collection SCIENSANO本数据集包含依据2003/99/EC号欧盟指令第9条及欧盟委员会实施细则(EU) 2020/1729附件B部分要求，在动物与食品领域开展的分离株水平抗微生物药物耐药性（Antimicrobial Resistance, AMR）监测结果。此外，本数据集还涵盖欧盟委员会实施细则(EU) 2020/1729所提及分离株检测结果之外的其他所有分离株相关检测结果。本数据集同时收录通过稀释法获取的定量最低抑菌浓度（minimum inhibitory concentration, MIC）数据。参与2024年抗微生物药物耐药性数据收集项目SCIENSANO的报告主管部门为本数据集提供数据支持。
