Bacillus cereus strain:L4J2 Genome sequencing

Bacillus cereus is a well identified bacterium species. Here we report a strain isolated from soil, which originally was identified as Bacillus thuringiensis, because it synthesizes crystalline inclusions displaying biological activity against mosquitos. Based on comparative genomics implementing the whole genome average nucleotide identity Its identified as Bacillus cereus.
