RNA-seq for HCT116 and KO-CREB1 cells

We report the gene expression differences in CREB1 wild-type and knockout HCT116 cells by RNA-seq analysis. CREB1 wild-type and knockout HCT116 cells were collected by using RNAzol. And the total RNA was subjected to strand specific RNA-seq for gene expression difference analysis.

本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析，报道了CREB1野生型与基因敲除型HCT116细胞中的基因表达差异。本研究采用RNAzol试剂收集CREB1野生型与基因敲除型HCT116细胞，并对提取得到的总RNA进行链特异性RNA-seq测序，以开展基因表达差异分析。
