Anopheles coluzzii genome sequencing and assembly

Six Anopheles coluzzii genomes generated from larvae from urban breeding sites, three from Douala, Cameroon and three from Libreville, Gabon using long-read sequencing. The goal of the project is to study the impact of TEs in the biology of this malaria vector.

本数据集包含6个科卢齐按蚊（Anopheles coluzzii）基因组，均通过长读长测序（long-read sequencing）技术测序获得，其样本均取自城市滋生地的幼虫：其中3株采自喀麦隆杜阿拉，剩余3株采自加蓬利伯维尔。本项目旨在探究转座因子（Transposable Elements，TEs）对该疟疾媒介生物学特性的影响。
