EIS measurements at different pO2 for PrOx oxygen electrode - symmetrical measurements

Symmetric measurements of a half-cell with a 200 nm thick praseodymium oxide layer for various oxygen partial pressures (pO2 - 1%, 3%, 5%, 10%, and 21%). The measurements were performed at an excitation amplitude of 25 mV in the frequency range from 3 to 50 MHz.

针对不同氧分压（oxygen partial pressure，pO₂分别为1%、3%、5%、10%和21%）下带有200 nm厚氧化镨（praseodymium oxide）层的半电池（half-cell）开展对称测量。本次测量采用25 mV的激励幅值，测试频率范围为3 MHz至50 MHz。
