The cold-acclimated leaf (endosphere/phyllosphere) and rhizosphere microbiome of Brachypodium distachyon as found by shotgun and marker gene sequencing in order to determine cold-associated microbes to enhance crop cold tolerance.本数据集涵盖通过鸟枪宏基因组测序与标记基因测序解析得到的二穗短柄草（Brachypodium distachyon）冷驯化叶片的叶内圈（endosphere）/叶际（phyllosphere）及根际微生物组，其研究目标为鉴定低温关联微生物，进而提升作物耐寒性。
