Data for :Coplanar Analysis and Rapid Window Mapping Based on the Automatic Identification of Rock Mass Discontinuities from 3D Point Clouds in Underground Excavations

This is a point cloud dataset Case A of an underground exploration tunnel in Wuzhong City, Ningxia Autonomous Region, China, and its application result files.

The folder “Data and Results: Case A” contains the original point cloud true-color data, the results of rock mass discontinuity automatic extraction using an improved watershed algorithm, vectorization results, and window mapping results.
Case A-1 and Case A-2 are two subsets extracted from Case A, used for principle analysis and experiments.
Each file in the folder has a description, which is not elaborated here.

本数据集为中国宁夏回族自治区吴忠市地下勘探隧道的点云（point cloud）数据集案例A，及其配套应用结果文件。
"Data and Results: Case A"文件夹包含原始点云真彩色数据、采用改进分水岭算法自动提取岩体结构面的结果、矢量化结果以及窗口映射结果。
案例A-1与案例A-2为从案例A中提取的两个子集，用于原理分析与实验研究。
该文件夹内的每个文件均附有说明，本文不再赘述。
