MS-MS data from Clitoria ternatea roots

This data set contains masses from the Clitoria ternatea root proteome produced from fractions that were reduced, alkylated, and trypsin digested. The data were produced on a Sciex 5600 TripleTOF instrument and collected by co-author Kuok Yap. Data are in .mzxl format and have an accompanied README.txt file with additional information. These data show novel cyclotide masses first identified in the genome sequence are detectable in the proteome and previously missed by other works. Data were converted from .wiff and .scan files produced by the instrument.
