To investigate the mechanism by which optic nerve crush induces microglia Ccl5 production, we performed bulk RNA sequencing on isolated optic nerves from crush- and sham-treatedNf1flox/flox;hGFAP-Cre miceat 3 months of age. Overall design: Comparative gene expression analysis using buk RNA-seq data from optic nerves of 3 crush-treated mice vs 3 sham-treated (control) mice为探究视神经夹伤（optic nerve crush）诱导小胶质细胞产生Ccl5的分子机制，我们从3月龄Nf1flox/flox;hGFAP-Cre小鼠中分离视神经，这些小鼠分别接受了视神经夹伤处理与假手术处理，并对其开展了批量RNA测序（bulk RNA sequencing）。整体实验设计：采用3只经视神经夹伤处理小鼠与3只假手术处理（对照）小鼠的视神经批量RNA测序数据，开展比较基因表达分析。
