Pigments content of infiltrated citrus leaves.

Pigments were determined in mock and infected citrus leaves at 3 and 6 dpi as described by [45]. Mock infiltrations were performed with 10 mM MgCl2.Values indicate the mean of three experiments and are expressed in µg/cm2 of tissue.

参照文献[45]所述方法，于接种后3天和6天（days post inoculation，dpi），对空白对照及病原菌侵染的柑橘叶片中的色素进行定量检测。空白渗透接种采用10 mM氯化镁溶液实施。测定值为三次独立重复实验的平均值，单位为微克每平方厘米（µg/cm²）的组织。
