The raw data and the results of the particle metric analysis performed for the SEM images of the ΔpurK biofilm cells in K10T-1 with 0.2mM adenine at 6hrs.

The “SEM images” folder contains the original SEM images obtained for the analyses, and the selected particles are shown in several colors in the each image in the “Particle images” folder. The “particle.csv” is the excel file in which information on each particle is described. The “report.doc” file is the summary of the analysis that contains statistical data on the analysis.

扫描电子显微镜（SEM）图像文件夹收录了本次分析所用的原始SEM图像；「颗粒图像」文件夹内的每张图像均以多种颜色标注了筛选出的颗粒。“particle.csv”为存储各颗粒信息的Excel表格文件。“report.doc”文件为本次分析的总结文档，其中包含本次分析的统计数据。
