Impact of imbalanced PRA/PRB ratio on transcription of genes involved in breast cancer development and metastasis.

Transcriptional changes induced by lack of either PRA or PRB as compared to the pattern obtained in cells co-expressing PR isoforms at equimolar level and potentially enhancing tumor growth and/or metastatic evolution.
