Oral immunotherapy for cow's milk allergy. human gut metagenome

Feces samples of 35 Japanese children who had cow's milk allergy and received oral immunotherapy were collected (Ohno et al.). The 16S rRNA gene hypervariable V1-V2 regions were PCR-amplified using universal primers (a barcoded 27Fmod and 338R) and, multiplexed amplicon pyrosequencing was carried out using MiSeq (illumina).

本研究（Ohno等）收集了35名罹患牛奶蛋白过敏并接受口服免疫治疗的日本儿童粪便样本。采用通用引物（带条形码的27Fmod与338R）对16S rRNA基因的高变V1-V2区域进行PCR扩增，并使用MiSeq（Illumina）平台开展多重扩增子焦磷酸测序。
