This dataset showcases a single-cell transcriptomic survey of eye tissue, including the retina, retinal pigment epithelium (RPE), and choroid, from a mouse aged three months. The study has effectively sequenced approximately 4,287 cells. On average, 88,514 reads have been recorded for each cell within this dataset, offering a detailed snapshot of cellular activity. Furthermore, the median gene count detected per cell stands at 1,239, reflecting a complex and varied gene expression landscape across these tissues. This dataset provides crucial information on the cellular makeup and gene expression dynamics within the developing mouse eye.
