Growth rescue by the glutathione pretreatment for the AgNP/NSP-coated E. coli. The E.coli were first reacted with 200 µM glutathione for 1 hr at room temperature. The cells were concentrated by centrifuge at 13,000 rpm for 5 min and resupended in PBS containing 0.02 wt% AgNP/NSP for 4 hr. The cell surviving rate is estimated by the number of cell colonies on LB agar plates after 14 hr incubation at 37°C. *, p-valuest-test. (EPS)
谷胱甘肽(glutathione)预处理对银纳米颗粒/纳米囊泡(AgNP/NSP)包被大肠杆菌(E. coli)的生长挽救效应。实验首先将大肠杆菌与200 μM谷胱甘肽在室温下共孵育1小时;随后以13000 rpm转速离心5分钟对菌体进行浓缩,并重悬于含0.02 wt% AgNP/NSP的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中孵育4小时。菌体存活率通过37℃条件下孵育14小时后的LB琼脂平板菌落计数进行估算。* 代表经t检验得到的p值。(EPS)
