Core gene alignment of Mycoplasma genitalium isolates with Mycoplasma pneumoniae outgroup

This is a multi-FASTA alignment of the core genes of 24 Mycoplasma genitalium isolates with Mycoplasma pneumoniae as an outgroup. The core genes were detected with Roary with a blastp percentage identity of 75%. It comprises 264 genes and with a core of 174,384 bases, which is 30% of the size of M. genitalium genome.

本数据集为24株生殖道支原体(Mycoplasma genitalium)分离株的核心基因多序列FASTA比对文件，以肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma pneumoniae)作为外类群。核心基因通过Roary软件检测，比对时采用的BLASTp百分比同一性阈值为75%。该数据集共包含264个基因，核心基因总长度为174384个碱基，约占生殖道支原体基因组总大小的30%。
