Swine intestinal epithelial cells, LC-ESI-MS/MS

We compared intestinal epithelial protein profiles between piglets receiving either the diet containing 1.66% leucine or the diet containg 2.44% leucine using a proteomics technique, termed isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ).本研究采用同位素相对与绝对定量标记（isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification，iTRAQ）这一蛋白质组学技术，对比分析了饲喂1.66%亮氨酸日粮与2.44%亮氨酸日粮的仔猪肠上皮蛋白质谱差异。
