Brain-wide spiral waves dataset-2 from Ye et al. 2023 - part2/2

Raw and processed data for Ye et al 2023 - part2/2.<br>Part2/2 only contains [widefield + ephys] data. All other data is in a separate figshare repository (part1/2) here.<br>After downloading and unzipping both repositories, place all 6 subfolders (axons, ephys, spirals, spirals_mirror, tables) under a root data folder. The companion code below will look for data inputs from these 6 subfolders, after specifying the root data folder.<br>Companion code and description is here.

本第二部分仅包含[宽场成像（widefield）与电生理（electrophysiology，缩写ephys）]数据，其余数据已上传至独立的Figshare仓库（第一部分，共两部分），其链接见此处。
下载并解压两个仓库后，请将全部6个子文件夹（axons、ephys、spirals、spirals_mirror、tables）放置于根数据文件夹下。
下述配套代码在指定根数据文件夹路径后，将从上述6个子文件夹中读取输入数据。
