为探究Lxn调控造血过程的性别特异性分子机制,本研究从雄性与雌性野生型(Wild Type, WT)、Lxn基因敲除(Lxn-/-)小鼠中分离得到LSK细胞并进行RNA测序(RNA sequencing, RNA-seq);随后针对雄性野生型、雄性Lxn-/-、雌性野生型及雌性Lxn-/-样本的RNA-seq数据,开展了比较基因表达谱分析。
