Mycetophila fungorum, genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Mycetophila fungorum to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).本项目作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，收集了为辅助真菌蕈蚊（Mycetophila fungorum）基因组组装与注释工作所生成的基因组与转录组数据。本项目所涵盖的数据需遵循达尔文生命之树项目开放数据发布政策（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）方可公开获取。
