Direct tryptic cleavage in porcine alveolar bones tissue followed by LC-MS/MS

After a pre-incubation step with different solvents, specific digestion with trypsin was directly performed on porcine alveolar bone tissue. The released peptides were then analyzed using LC-MS/MS.
