Many infertility cases have an underlying genetic basis, only few genes have so far been associated with infertility. Discovering and validating new candidate genes through the study of sterile animal models by sequencing technique is important. In the present study, sterile and fertile doubled-haploid (DH) Japanese flounders at the age of 5 years as animal models were sequenced using high-throughput sequencing technology to study molecular basis of reproductive disorders.
多数不孕症病例存在潜在遗传基础,但目前仅少数基因被证实与不孕症相关。通过对不育动物模型开展测序技术研究以发掘并验证新的候选基因,具有重要意义。本研究以5龄不育与可育双单倍体(doubled-haploid, DH)牙鲆作为动物模型,采用高通量测序技术对其进行测序,以探究生殖障碍的分子机制。
