Fecal microflora sequencing of DSS induced colitis mice in different groups

According to the different intervention methods, the mice were divided into control group, DSS model group, mesalazine group and Bacteroidetes dorei BDX-01 group, and the fecal microflora of DSS induced acute colitis mice in different groups were sequenced.

本研究依据不同干预方式将小鼠分为对照组、葡聚糖硫酸钠（DSS）模型组、美沙拉嗪组以及多尔拟杆菌（Bacteroidetes dorei）BDX-01组，并对各组DSS诱导急性结肠炎小鼠的粪便微生物群进行测序。
