Different expressed microRNAs in exosome from HepG2 cells regulated by PBLD

Different expressed microRNAs in exosome from HepG2 cells by comparing the PBLD-overexpression group and the control group. Extracted total RNA of HepG2 cells-derived exosomes from PBLD-overexpression group and the control group were processed following the standard Agilent protocol, and each group has three biological replicated samples. Agilent human miRNA array detection and data normalization were conducted subsequently.

本数据集通过对比PBLD过表达组与对照组的HepG2细胞来源外泌体，筛选其中的差异表达微小RNA（microRNA，miRNA）。提取自PBLD过表达组与对照组HepG2细胞来源外泌体的总RNA，均按照安捷伦（Agilent）标准实验流程进行处理，每组设置3个生物学重复样本。随后依次开展了安捷伦人类miRNA芯片检测与数据归一化分析。
