Effects of Fuzheng Gubiao decoction on plasma proteomics and metabolomics in COVID-19 close contacts

The peripheral blood from close contacts for COVID-19 before and after the preventive intervention of Fuzheng Gubiao decoction was collected. 本数据集采集了新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）密切接触者在接受扶正固表汤预防干预前后的外周血样本。采用基于串联质量标签（TMT）的定量蛋白质组学分析（样本量n=4）与基于超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱（UPLC-QTOF/MS）的非靶向代谢组学分析（样本量n=6），检测扶正固表汤对COVID-19密切接触者血浆代谢物与蛋白质水平的影响。其中，A1-6为干预后样本，B1-6为干预前样本。
