WFS service of the ‘Kocherberg’ urban development plan of the city of Forchtenberg, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung data set in version 5.0.福尔希滕贝格市（Forchtenberg）‘科赫尔贝格’（Kocherberg）城市开发规划对应的WFS（网络要素服务，Web Feature Service），以版本5.0的XPlanung数据集为基础，依据INSPIRE（欧盟空间信息基础设施，Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community）规范完成转换。
