sample of 76 students was monitored by 2 raters to evaluate the process and the final registered maxillomandibular relation for a completely edentulous patient at Mansoura Dental School, Egypt on a practical exam of bachelor’s students from May 15 to June 28, 2017. Each registered relation was evaluated from a total of 60 marks subdivided into 3 score categories: occlusal plane orientation (OPO), vertical dimension registration (VDR), and centric relation registration (CRR). The marks for each category included an assessment of DOPS.

2017年5月15日至6月28日,在埃及曼苏拉牙科学院面向本科学生开展的实操考核中,本研究选取76名学生作为研究样本,由2名评估者对其操作流程,以及为完全无牙颌患者记录的最终上下颌关系进行监测与评估。每份记录的上下颌关系均以总分60分进行评定,该总分被划分为3个评分维度:咬合平面取向(occlusal plane orientation,OPO)、垂直距离记录(vertical dimension registration,VDR)以及正中关系记录(centric relation registration,CRR)。各评分维度的成绩均包含操作技能直接观察评估(Direct Observation of Procedural Skills,DOPS)的考核内容。
