Phytoplankton alters their photosynthetic ability and their abundance to changing environmental conditions. These alterations were monitored by Phyto-PAM (Pulse Amplitude Modulated) fluorometer in this dataset and contain the data on alpha (light-harvesting ability), relative electron transport rates (rETRmax), relative abundance (Fo), and Fv/Fm (maximum quantum yield) respectively.

浮游植物可随环境条件的变化调整自身的光合能力与种群丰度。本数据集通过Phyto-PAM(脉冲振幅调制,Pulse Amplitude Modulated)荧光计对上述变化开展监测,其中分别包含了表征捕光能力的α(alpha)、最大相对电子传递速率(rETRmax)、相对丰度(Fo)以及最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)相关实验数据。
