The impact of estrogen receptor bata activation in colonic epithelial cells on downstream signaling pathways

Total RNA was extracted from both estrogen receptor bata agonists DPN treated colonic epithelial cell lines NCM460 cell samples and untreated control samples utilizing Trizol reagent. To accurately determine the concentration and purity of total RNA in each sample, the Nano 300 spectrophotometer was employed. Subsequently, these total RNA samples were submitted to Shanghai Bioprofile Biotechnology for professional processing.

采用Trizol试剂（Trizol reagent），从经雌激素受体β（estrogen receptor beta）激动剂DPN处理的结肠上皮细胞系NCM460细胞样本以及未处理的对照样本中提取总RNA（total RNA）。为精准测定每份样本中总RNA的浓度与纯度，使用Nano 300分光光度计（Nano 300 spectrophotometer）开展检测。随后，将上述总RNA样本送至上海博奥迈生物科技有限公司（Shanghai Bioprofile Biotechnology）进行专业处理。
