The processed data files of T cell of 40 human samples

The raw counts of four featrues including gene expression by HTSeq, isoform expression by RSEM, splicing junction by STAR, and ExonOnly by HTSeq using the Gencode version 19 annotation. And the other files include the value of highly variable genes from ExonOnly after rlog transformation and batch correction by ComBat using STAR alignment and HISAT2 alignment; the genotyping, DNA methylation and two histone markers.<br>

本数据集包含四项特征的原始计数：基于Gencode版本19注释，通过HTSeq（HTSeq）获取基因表达量、RSEM（RSEM）获取异构体表达量、STAR（STAR）获取剪接接头计数，以及通过HTSeq（HTSeq）获取ExonOnly（ExonOnly）特征的原始计数。其余文件涵盖：经rlog转换后，结合STAR比对与HISAT2（HISAT2）比对结果通过ComBat（ComBat）完成批次校正的ExonOnly（ExonOnly）数据中提取的高可变基因数值，以及基因分型、DNA甲基化和两种组蛋白标记的相关数据。
