We performed RNA-seq experiments to compare effect of Bloom Syndrome / Blm knock-out on gene expression. The following cell lines were used: GM12982 (human lymphoblasts, WT), GM16375, GM17361 (human lymphoblasts, BS); GM07492, GM07545 (human fibroblasts, WT), GM02085, GM03402 (human fibroblasts, BS), mouse ES cells from F1 cross between strains 129 and CAST: WT and with Blm knocked-out. The experiments were done in triplicates.
本研究开展RNA测序(RNA-seq)实验,旨在对比分析布卢姆综合征(Bloom Syndrome)相关Blm基因敲除对基因表达的影响。本次实验所用细胞系如下:GM12982(人淋巴母细胞,野生型(Wild Type,简称WT))、GM16375、GM17361(人淋巴母细胞,BS型(即布卢姆综合征));GM07492、GM07545(人成纤维细胞,野生型)、GM02085、GM03402(人成纤维细胞,BS型);以及由129与CAST品系经F1杂交得到的小鼠胚胎干细胞,包含野生型与Blm基因敲除型两种组别。所有实验均设置三次生物学重复。
