VPRS 19939 Delegated Tenure Files

This series comprises files documenting delegated tenures where a committee of management has entered into a lease or licence with other entities for the use of Crown land. The files contain correspondence and agreements relating to the tenure. Committees of management are appointed as delegates of the minister responsible for Crown Land to manage Crown land reserves. They are able to enter into lease agreements with other entities for use of the Crown reserve they manage. Crown land refers to lands reserved and/or administered under the Crown land (Reserves) Act 1978, Land Act 1958 and Forest Act 1958. The State Government is primarily responsible for the management of reserved Crown land, however this responsibility may be delegated under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978. Many Crown land reserves are managed directly by local government entities and committees of management or private entities under leases or licences. Under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 section 17D - where land reserved under section 4 is managed by trustees or a committee of management - the trustees or committee of management may, with the approval of the responsible Minister, lease any part of the land for any purpose approved by the responsible Minister, for a specific term of not more than 21 years.   Delegated tenures will generally be for local clubs and organisations.  For records of the appointment of committees of management to manage Crown reserves, see VPRS 19936 Committee of Management Files, and for the full record of the management of a Crown reserve, see VPRS 19937 Crown Reserve Files

诸多王室土地储备由地方政府主体、管理委员会或私营主体依据租赁或许可协议直接管理。

依据1978年《王室土地（储备）法》第17D条：若依据第4条储备的土地由受托人或管理委员会管理，则受托人或管理委员会经负责部长批准后，可就土地的任意部分签订租赁协议，租赁用途需经负责部长批准，租赁期限不得超过21年。

委托土地保有权限通常面向本地俱乐部与组织。
